These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of X Deleter ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator regarding use of the Service.
- Separate rules and notices posted by the operator are deemed part of these Terms.
- If any separate rule conflicts with these Terms, the separate rule prevails unless otherwise specified.
Article 2 (Registration)
- Registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms, applies using the designated method (including X account connection), and is approved by the operator.
- The operator may reject registration if the applicant has submitted false information, previously violated terms, or for other reasons deemed inappropriate.
Article 3 (Important Risks and Disclaimer)
- The Service uses the official X API to delete posts. Excessive deletion activity may conflict with X policies.
- Users understand and accept risks including account suspension, restrictions, and other penalties, and use the Service at their own responsibility.
- The operator is not responsible for disadvantages, account restrictions, suspension, or deletion resulting from use of the Service.
- Deleted content cannot be restored. Users must execute deletion at their own responsibility.
- The operator does not provide restoration or compensation for mistaken or unintended deletion, including cases caused by system errors.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in illegal acts, rights infringement, unauthorized access attempts, disruption of service operation, misuse of obtained information, harassment, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by the operator.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
The operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, force majeure, infrastructure incidents, API changes, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 6 (No Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided "as is." Except where prohibited by law, the operator does not warrant completeness, accuracy, fitness for purpose, security, or uninterrupted operation, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to Service)
The operator may change or discontinue the Service without notice and is not liable for resulting damages.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The operator may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 9 (Personal Information)
Personal information collected through use of the Service will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute related to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
